Starting Saturday, April 4th at, 8am at Norris Center we will begin our training schedule with fellow ERCers doing the Saturday Morning Long Runs.
We'll be using modified versions of the Hal Higdon training programs for "Novice 1" and "Intermediate 2". The programs and guidance can be found at Higdon Half-marathon training.

The training schedule is set for the Chicago 13.1, a new race put on by the Chicago Marathon folks on a new course on the city's west side, but you can modify the schedule to suit your own target race.
